We understand that when employees are worried about paying their medical bills, the stress can affect their productivity on the job. Many of our plans offer a full-value deductible so employees can rest easy knowing they are covered financially should a serious issue arise. Once they meet the deductible, the plan pays 100% for covered services for in-patient care.

A second benefit of our deductible plans is “fourth-quarter carryover.” This allows employees to apply the money they pay toward that deducible in the fourth quarter to the following year’s deductible. Fourth-quarter carryover provides employees greater peace of mind and helps their health care dollars go further.

Lab work is something that everyone needs at one time or another. Our plans provide free lab services at any in-network location, which includes any of our 26 hospitals—so no need to go to different locations and set additional appointments.
