New Features Based On Your Feedback
Effective immediately, you will find some enhancements you will find new BrokerLink features based on your feedback. These features are an investment that Tufts Health Plan has made in order to make it easier for you to work in the Broker Portal and service your clients.
You will now have the ability to copy a company and census from when it was previously quoted. Please be sure to review and confirm that the information copied is still accurate, or make edits as necessary for the new requested effective date.
We have created a new census template, as well as an upload feature if you chose to do so instead of pasting from the template into the free text field. We have also fixed a bug that had previously caused issues with some special characters in members’ names.
Once the Pre-Renewal Form becomes available approximately 150 days prior to the renewal date, brokers can now download it in a blank format, customized by group. The form is now a fillable PDF, and can be uploaded in BrokerLink once it is complete. Pre-Renewal Forms should ideally be uploaded or provided to the Account Associate by 95 days prior to the renewal effective date in order for rates to be released in a timely manner.
All hyperlinks have been removed from plan names in BrokerLink. Previously, plan names included hyperlinks that would show a “quick view” of the benefits of that particular plan. These benefits were causing some confusion and were not inclusive of all necessary plan information. Going forward, please refer to the benefits listed for plans in the proposal, as well as our marketing materials or plan documents.
