To Your Health!

As always, I hope this finds you in good health. Inside this issue you’ll find information we trust will help you live well and make the most of your Tufts Health Freedom Plan membership.

I encourage you to start with your Wellbeing Assessment. It’s a great way to begin the journey to better health. This quick and easy online questionnaire covers five domains of health: physical, emotional, social, financial and spiritual. The WBA helps you learn how your choices affect your health and what you can do to be healthier.

At Tufts Health Freedom Plan, we believe there is an especially close connection between your emotional and physical well-being. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and in recognition we are joining Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., to sponsor several events in Concord, N.H. We encourage you to attend.

Of course, summer is just around the corner so why not take advantage of our member discounts to look and feel your best? We offer a number of opportunities to save on fitness center initiation and membership fees. Read about your savings opportunities. We also offer a selection of nutrition and weight management benefits as well.
