Our members love telehealth
It was GREAT!!! I did it at home at 8 p.m. in my jammies! The app is super easy. You can choose to do a phone call or video chat. I did phone call, and he called very quickly, asked me about all my symptoms, prescribed me an antibiotic and some home remedies to do as well, and that was it. Less than 10 minutes, which was awesome, and the script was at my CVS in the morning. I am going to use it again if I am sick or need non-emergency help! I am going to tell other employees about it. I am nothing but happy with it!

- Select “phone session” and “as soon as possible” for the appointment time
- Turn on all notifications in the app, and keep your phone near you so you don’t miss the doctor’s call
Teladoc doctors are approving 30-day prescription refills and extended 90-day refills, when appropriate. And If you choose to call the Teladoc call center for any reason, a service representative will call you back so you do not have to be placed on hold.
